The 2007 Disc 'n Dat Bluegrass Open will once again be a Supertour Event happening at Banklick Woods and Idlewild disc golf courses May 5-6, 2007. The tournament ranked in the Top 35 in payout and Top 50 in number of participants in 2006. This year our tournament is also one of the events of the Bluegrass Disc Golf Series and it is once again a Qualifier for the Amateur National Championships where the top 20% of Advanced players in the tourney qualify.

Host Hotel is the Quality Inn & Suites located in between the two courses at Industrial Road and Rt. 42 in Florence, Ky. Actual address is 7915 U.S. Highway 42 - phone number is 859.371.4700 - ask for the "Disc 'n Dat" group rate which is $50 for a Queen and $55 for a Double

LUNCHES
For lunch on Saturday we ask that you visit our sponsor Gold Star Chili on Rt. 18. This is in-between the two courses closer to Idlewild. They will give everyone who mentions the disc golf tournament 10% off. If you haven't tried Cincinnati chili give it a try and top your three-way or four-way off with a cheese coney. On Sunday lunch will be provided by Cub Scout Troop 755 at both Idlewild and Banklick. This is a win-win situation. You can get lunch right at the course and don't have to hassle with going out in-between your rounds. You can rest and get re-charged right at the course. And then the Cub Scout Pack gets our support. They have a nice combo of a grilled sandwich, chips, cookies and drink. Please support Cub Scout Pack 755.
